Cajun Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pinto beans
    1/2 lb. salt pork
    3 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    1 (18 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in 1/4-inch slices
    1 lb. hot rice
Preparation
    Cook beans and salt pork until almost done.
    Stir in the next ten ingredients and continue to cook until done.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Add to beans and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Serve over hot rice.
