Mock Pierogies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
3 onions, chopped
1 large can sauerkraut
1 lb. spiral macaroni
1 (10 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
Preparation

In covered frying pan, melt margarine.
Add chopped onions and simmer until tender.
Add drained sauerkraut and mushrooms.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add cooked macaroni and mix well.
Put in baking bowl, cover and bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
