Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin or beef tenderloin
    small amount flour
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 Tbsp. butter, separated
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can beef bouillon
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Saute 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms (sliced) and 1 large onion (chopped) in 3 tablespoons butter.\tCut 2 pound sirloin or beef tenderloin in 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick pieces; coat meat in flour and brown in 3 tablespoons butter.
    Add 1 teaspoon salt.
    Dilute to 2 cups, 1 can beef bouillon and add to meat mixture.\tSimmer 1 1/4 hours, stirring once in a while.
    Add mushrooms and onion mixture and 1 cup sour cream.
    Add 2 tablespoons sherry.
