Crab Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, baked
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    6 1/2 oz. fresh crab meat
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out potatoes, reserving shells.
    Combine potatoes, milk, margarine, salt and pepper in bowl; whip until fluffy.
    Add onion, cheese and crab meat; mix well.
    Spoon into shell.
    Place on baking sheet; sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
