Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. raw cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon jello
1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. orange rind
1/2 c. orange juice
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Chop 1/2 c. raw cranberries. Add sugar and let stand overnight. Dissolve jello in boiling water, add orange rind, orange juice, crushed pineapple and chopped celery. When partially set fold in cranberries and pour in ring mold and let set.
