Crumb Coated Chicken(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. butter
    flavored, crushed crackers
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up and skinned
Preparation
    In shallow dish, place crumbs.
    Coat chicken with crumbs, then in egg mixture (remaining ingredients); then in crumbs again.
