Ingredients

2 c. cooked, diced beets
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix the sugar and flour and add vinegar and water; cook until thick.
Add salt and butter, then diced beets and reheat before serving.
