White Sauce Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan, then add flour, stirring until mixture becomes foamy, but not brown.
    Add milk.
    Continue stirring to insure smoothness.
    Cook until thickened.
    Season. This sauce is used in cream soups and scalloped dishes.
