Zucchini Skillet Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. celery, sliced
    1/2 c. onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lb. unpared zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch or 4 c.
    2 tomatoes, cut into eighths
    1/2 c. green pepper strips
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
    1/4 tsp. basil
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add celery, onions and garlic.
    Saute until tender.
    Add zucchini, tomatoes, green peppers and carrots. Saute 10 minutes.
