Milwaukee Pork Chops - cooking recipe

6 pork chops
1/2 c. beer
1/2 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Fry chops until brown. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Reduce heat; cover and cook slowly until tender, at least an hour. The longer they simmer, the better they taste.
