Cheese Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. softened butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies cereal
    1 dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cream butter with cheese.
    Blend in flour and cayenne pepper. Fold in cereal. Press into a buttered baking pan (8 or 9-inch baking pan).
    Bake at 375\u00b0
    for 20 minutes, or until top is crisp. Allow to cool thoroughly.
    Cut into bars and serve warm or cold. Stores well in refrigerator for several days.
