Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Grease and flour three 8-inch cake pans.
Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg in a mixing bowl.
Add eggs and oil.
Mix until moistened.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into baking pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes.
Remove cake from pans.
When thoroughly cool, frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
