Cracklin Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 stick margarine
3 c. white self-rising cornmeal mix
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. small cracklins
Preparation

Beat eggs; add milk; beat again well.
To the egg and milk mixture add cornmeal mix, stir until well blended.
Add melted margarine, sugar and cracklins.
