Broccoli And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 box frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 c. chopped celery
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli in 1 cup boiling salted water.
    Saute onion and celery in oleo.
    Add soup and milk.
    Simmer 3 minutes.
    Add Cheez Whiz and mix well.
    Add broccoli and rice.
    Add salt and pepper. Put in buttered casserole dish and bake 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
