Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli and strain water out.
    Mix butter and onion. Stir in flour and add water.
    Cook until thickens and comes to a boil, stirring continuously.
    Add Cheez Whiz and broccoli.
    Add beaten eggs and mix.
    Put into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover with crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May be made day before serving, refrigerating unbaked overnight.
    Bake 30 minutes prior to serving.
