Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    2 onions, chopped
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 small jar pimiento, chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    1 pkg. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash and carrots together in salted water until tender; drain well.
    Add soup, sour cream and pimento.
    Melt butter; stir in stuffing mix.
    Spread half of the stuffing mix in greased casserole.
    Pour in squash mixture.
    Cover with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
