Rhubarb Ambrosia Betty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cut rhubarb
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    cubed sections of 1 orange
    4 c. bread cubes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix
    together
    rhubarb, sugar, flour and salt.\tCombine rind, orange, bread cubes, butter and coconut.
    Put 1/2 of the bread mixture into
    a greased 7 x 11-inch pan. Add rhubarb and top with rest
    of
    bread.
    Bake
    at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with whipped topping.
