Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil (Crisco or Puritan)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. ground zucchini squash
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift together and set aside flour, cinnamon, salt, soda and baking powder.
    Mix together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
    To this mixture, add ground zucchini squash.
    Then add alternately the sour cream and dry sifted ingredients previously set aside, mixing after each addition.
    Add chopped nuts.
    Put into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done.
