Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sliced almonds
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. grated cheese (Parmesan or Cheddar)
Preparation
    Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice and onion.
    Add chicken, celery, almonds and water chestnuts; mix well.
    Put into greased casserole.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
