Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 qt. oil or shortening
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar and salt together.
    Mix well. Heat oil or shortening.
    Holding finger over bottom of funnel, fill funnel with about 1/3 cup batter.
    Hold funnel near surface of hot oil; remove finger and drop batter into oil using a circular movement from center outward to form a spiral cake about 3-inches in diameter.
    Fry cake until brown; remove from grease. Drain.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
