Mexican Chicken(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    4 (4 oz.) boneless and skinless chicken breasts
    1 c. salsa
    1/4 c. nonfat sour cream
Preparation
    Put taco seasoning in plastic bag.
    Put chicken in the bag and shake until chicken is coated.
    Place chicken in casserole sprayed with cooking spray and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Top each piece with 1/4 cup salsa and 1 tablespoon nonfat sour cream. Serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
