Braided Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g flour
    60 g sugar
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    1 egg
    60 to 80 g butter or margarine
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Put flour in a bowl.
    Move flour out of center.
    Pour in warm milk.
    Add sugar and yeast.
    Let rise for at least 20 minutes until bubbles are forming.
    Add the other ingredients.
    Knead into a dough until it comes easily off your hands.
    Let rise until double the size.
