Delightful Crab Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. artificial crabmeat
1/4 c. chopped celery
8 ripe olives, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
dash of hot sauce

Preparation

be very moist, so I squeeze some of\t the
liquid\tout;
combine\tit
with
the
other ingredients.
Toss well and place in covered dish and chill at least 2
hours.
Serve
on crisp lettuce with crackers of your choice.
Serves 6 to 8.
