Festive Shrimp Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. medium shrimp, cooked and peeled
    1 medium white onion, cut into bite size pieces
    1 large sweet red pepper, cut into bite size pieces
    1 large green pepper, cut into bite size pieces
    1 (5 oz.) jar stuffed green olives, drained
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    3/4 tsp. red peppercorns
    1/2 tsp. green peppercorns
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Lightly toss until well blended.
    Cover and refrigerate to allow all flavors to blend overnight.
    Serve chilled.
    Yields approximately 7 cups.
