Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. margarine, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix flour with baking soda.
Combine margarine, the sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips and nuts (batter will be stiff).
Drop from teaspoon onto greased baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 7 dozen.
