Graham Cracker Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    48 graham crackers
    1 cube butter or margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 beaten egg
    pinch of salt
    vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Place 24 graham crackers on cookie sheet.
    Keep remaining crackers for top.
    In saucepan combine the butter or margarine, brown sugar, milk, beaten egg and salt.
    Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
    Add vanilla, coconut, nuts and 1 cup graham cracker crumbs.
    Spread over crackers in pan.
    Cover with remaining 24 crackers.
    Frost as you like.
    Refrigerate overnight.
