Cheesy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of potato soup
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 oz. Provolone cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in oleo.
    Add water and veggies.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, simmer 10 minutes.
    Add soup, milk, cheeses. Serve in hollowed out shepard's bread.
