Shrimp Buena Vista - cooking recipe

10 large shrimp
1 (4 oz.) can whole green chiles, cut lengthwise into strips
10 strips bacon
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 onion, diced
dash of paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lime
1/4 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. dark beer
1 large egg white
1/2 tsp. salt, divided
3/4 c. fine, dry, unseasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans (1 oz.)
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 lemon wedges
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Lightly oil a rack large enough to hold shrimp in a single layer.
Put the rack on a baking sheet and set aside.
