Lou'S Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    4 carrots
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grate cabbage, carrots and minced onion.
    Place all into a bowl.
    In a separate bowl, mix the vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise. Mix into the cabbage and carrots.
    Toss well and add salt and pepper.
    (If too dry, add a little more mayonnaise.)
