Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4.4 oz. each) containers Light 'N Lively lo-fat yogurt
    1 c. thawed Cool Whip light
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Mix well.
    You may use any flavor of yogurt that you prefer.
    Fresh sliced fruits for dipping could be apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, pineapple and bananas.
    Also you could use strawberries, grapes and melons such as cantaloupe.
