Gravy (Not Sauce) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sweet sausage
36 oz. tomato paste
96 oz. tomato puree
1 Tbsp. basil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Fry 3-inch pieces of sausage in oil with spices.
In large saucepan, simmer paste with 3 cans of water and cooked sausage and spices until well mixed.
Add puree, 1 can of water and Parmesan cheese.
Stir and bring to boil.
Lower heat to simmer for about 1 1/2 hours, stirring often.
