Easy Crust Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium size chicken
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Remove bones and skin from chicken.
Cut up and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix chicken broth, celery soup, melted margarine, 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
Pour over cut up chicken pieces. Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Add milk and other half of margarine and mix well.
Pour this over chicken and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
