Russian Creme(The Peachtree Tea Room) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. half and half
1 Tbsp. gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a small saucepan, add sugar to half and half and heat until lukewarm.
Stir constantly with a whisk until sugar dissolves. Soften gelatin in water and add all to warm half and half mixture. Continue to stir over heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat and refrigerate until the mixture begins to thicken.
