King Ranch Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken
    12 corn tortillas, torn
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies
    1 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Stew chicken in water in large pot until tender.
    Reserve 1 cup chicken broth.
    Bone chicken; cut meat into bite size pieces.
