Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 whole eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 1/3 c. grated carrots
1 c. nuts, chopped fine
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
Preparation

Sift together all dry ingredients.
Beat eggs into sugar, one at a time.
Add oil to dry ingredients, a little at a time.
Add this mixture to eggs and sugar.
Add carrots and nuts.
Bake in three 8-inch pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
