Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 chicken or 4 breasts
1 pkg. frozen corn (Shoepeg)
1 pkg. frozen butter beans
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 large can tomatoes (1 qt.)
1 small bottle ketchup
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion
Preparation
-
Cook beef and chicken.
Mix with other ingredients.
Simmer until vegetables are done.
Okra can be added last 15 minutes if desired.
Add chicken broth for desired thickness.
