Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans asparagus
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Drain asparagus; reserve liquid.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of crumbs in bottom of buttered casserole dish.
Top with half of the asparagus, then half of soup.
Add asparagus liquid.
Repeat layers of asparagus and soup.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Dot with margarine.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until crumbs are browned.
Serves 8.
