Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 to 1 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic (optional)
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can tomatoes, diced
    1 can whole kernel corn
Preparation
    Grease 2-quart casserole dish.
    Spread rice evenly in bottom of dish.
    Mix flour, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle 1/3 of mixture over rice.
    Dot with 1/2 tablespoon melted margarine. Mix ground beef with onion and garlic.
    Cook in skillet until slightly browned.
    Spread over rice.
    Spread with 1/3 of flour mixture and dot with margarine.
    Make a layer of tomatoes, including the liquid; repeat with flour and margarine.
    Spread corn on top and dot with remaining margarine.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
