Fruit Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 large bananas, crushed
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 (8 oz.) jar cherries, drained and chopped
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
    (Makes great Christmas gifts!)
