Ingredients

6 eggs, separated (at room temperature)
1/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) box semi-sweet chocolate squares
3/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. orange peel
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
2 Tbsp. orange flavor liqueur
orange slices and peel (for garnish)
Preparation

Place large roasting pan in oven and fill with 1-inch hot water.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 6-cup mold, Bundt pan or bowl.
Place egg yolks in small bowl. Beat slightly and set aside. In a large bowl with electric mixer on high, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Continue beating, gradually adding sugar until stiff peaks form.
In medium saucepan over low heat, cook chocolate and butter until melted, stirring constantly.
Place in a large bowl.
Gradually stir 1/2 cup chocolate mixture into egg yolks.
Stir egg mixture, flour, vanilla and orange peel into chocolate. Stir about 1/3 egg whites into chocolate, then fold in remaining egg whites.
Pour into mold. Cover tightly with lid or foil. Place in roasting pan in oven.
