Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. melted butter
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    50 or 14 oz. caramels
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels in 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Mix together the cake mix, butter and remaining milk.
    Put half of mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan already greased.
    Bake 6 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top and then pour melted caramels over this.
    Crumble the rest of the mixture over the top.
    Bake 15 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cool and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
