Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs in large bowl.
    Stir in oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla, then flour, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Add raisins and nuts.
    Spoon batter into two greased 8 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
