Farrell Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 8 pork chops
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can Del Monte peas
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in Crisco.
    Drain 1/2 of liquid from canned peas.
    Mix together tomato soup, peas and remaining pea liquid. Pour over pork chops.
    Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
