Macaroni And Ham Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. milk
    8 oz. cooked macaroni
    1 1/2 c. diced ham
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Saute onions.
    Add flour, salt, mustard, paprika and pepper.
    Slowly stir in milk.
    Cook 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat until thick.
    Mix with mac and ham.
    Put in casserole, top with cheese and dot with margarine.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
