Tuna Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. drained canned tuna, flaked
    12 saltines, made into crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except margarine. Shape into 6 equal patties.
    In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat margarine until bubbly and hot.
    Add patties; cook over medium heat, turning once until browned on both sides.
