Rosemary Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs. small red potatoes, unpeeled and washed
    1/8 to 1/4 c. butter
    2 lbs. small onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 - 2 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Peel a decorative strip around the middle of each potato, set aside.
    In a large skillet melt the butter over medium heat.
    Add the onions, sprinkle with brown sugar and saute until the onions are lightly caramelized.
