Rice-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked regular rice
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, barely cooked, drained well and cut up
    1 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned), sauteed
    1 c. diced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Sprinkle over rice-broccoli mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
