Grasshopper - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 c. milk
2 tsp. peppermint extract
5 drops green food coloring
8 scoops vanilla or mint chocolate chip ice cream

Preparation

Combine ingredients in blender until smooth.
Top with whipped cream.
Yields 1/2 gallon.
