Shrimp Surprise Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bunch green onions
    several celery stalks
    1 pkg. fresh spinach
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 stick margarine
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    dash of thyme
    dash of garlic
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 c. water
    salt
    pepper
    1 lb. shrimp (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    De-stem and wash spinach.
    Chop onions and celery.
    Melt margarine; mix with lemon juice and spices.
    Pour margarine mixture over vegetables in a large casserole dish.
    Stir in bread crumbs, water and salt and pepper.
    Mix well with shrimp. Sprinkle top with more bread crumbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or so.
