Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni, cooked and cooled
    1 large onion
    1 can Eagle brand milk
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    4 large carrots, grated
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1-1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix milk, sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and celery seed. Pour over macaroni, onion, carrots and
    pepper. Will keep in refrigerator for 1 week and can be frozen.
